For a 3" hoop: These hoops are typically 3.4" in diameter. The frame is 5" in diameter and has an interior opening of 3.1".

For a 4" hoop: These hoops are typically 4.25" in diameter. The frame is 6" in diameter and has an interior opening of 3.85".

For a 5" hoop: Hoops are typically 5.25" in diameter. The frame is 7.3" in diameter and has an interior opening of 4.8".
