COVID-19 Update for Allthreads April/May 2020

Since my previous blog, we have had further changes to the way we are assisting you with your embroidery supplies.

The shop is open for online, telephone and drive-by collections but is closed for in-store shopping and browsing.

I have had to make the difficult decision to reduce staff and I am on my own at the shop for the immediate future.

I am still maintaining our commitment to post out orders every day. I am doing 2 runs to the post office each day to ensure that your parcels are sent without delay from the shop. Australia Post has reduced some of its services and collection times, which are having an impact on delivery times - this is something out of our control. Unless specifically requested, all parcels are sent with tracking, so if you don't receive your parcel as expected, please check the tracking with Australia Post.

I am at the shop from 9.30am to 5.00pm  Monday to Friday and also on Saturday morning till 12.00 so it is business as usual for me. I am very happy to assist you with your enquiries and orders, and to arrange drive by collections and FaceTime sessions for product selection. In recent weeks the phone has been extremely busy, so if you cannot get through, please leave your details and I will return your call.If you know what you need to order and have access to the internet, I encourage you to place your order online. If you live in Brisbane you have the option at the check out to select "Collect from Shop" which we have added to reflect the Drive By Collection service we are offering.

We continue to offer FREE MAIL to all orders within Australia over $75.00.

All classes and workshops are suspended until the government lifts the travel and social distancing requirements. Once these restrictions are lifted, arrangements will be put in place to reschedule workshops and resume classes.

I thank you all so very much for your support and loyalty during these difficult times. I hope you are all enjoying more stitching time. Stay home, stay well and stay stitching!
