On the 6th and 7th July 2019 Nikki Delport-Wepener will be conducting a 2 day workshop at Allthreads. Full details of the project to be taught during this workshop will be provided in the new year.
ABOUT NIKKI - Nikki has attended numerous courses (Royal school, Embroiders Guild and City and Guilds) and qualified in different styles of embroidery. Her many years of experience as a school teacher in South Africa and the UK made the switch to embroidery teaching easy and she has presented several accredited embroidery courses in the UK. Nikki currently lives and teaches in Hong Kong. Together with her mother Lesley Turpin-Delport Nikki has written several embroidery books including Just Stitch and Delicious Embroidery.
As with all of our classes morning/afternoon tea and lunch are provided - please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Tuition fee is $285.00 for two days plus kit cost.
Please confirm your place in this workshop with a deposit of $50.00 as class numbers are limited to 12. Final payment is required by the 1st May 2019 due to airline bookings being made.
Workshops at Allthreads are limited in size to a maximum of 12 students. We are happy to take expressions of interest where the workshop details are not yet finalised however once they are finalised and open for enrolment, your place is not guaranteed without full or part payment.
Please consider carefully which workshops you wish to enrol for as all deposits paid are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by Allthreads. The complete fee must be paid before the workshop and dates for final payments are set out above. We can arrange a Payment Plan for you if this is of benefit to you.
If a workshop is cancelled by Allthreads, all tuition fees paid including all deposits will be fully refunded. If for any reason you cancel after the final date for payment, you are liable for the full fee unless we can fill your place from a waiting list. If we can fill your place, we will refund all fees paid except the non-refundable deposit. Any unsold places will be filled first before filling spots made available by cancellation. There is no guarantee that your place can be resold. We are happy for you to make your own arrangements for someone else to attend in your place.
These arrangements have been put in place to benefit everyone involved as last minute cancellations have an adverse impact on the tutors, the shop and fellow students especially if a class has to be cancelled at the 11th hour
Please note that the projects and designs taught at Allthreads remain the property of the designer/teacher and cannot be photocopied or reproduced in any manner or taught without their express permission.
