You may have noticed the appearance of a little pink "Rewards" button on our website. Recently we merged our Point of Sale systems with our Shopify online store, and have implemented the Smile I.O loyalty program. This means that your purchases in both our bricks and mortar shop and our online shop will accrue points which can accrue and become shopping dollars for you. These points can be be redeemed on any item across both channels. We appreciate your loyalty and this is our gift back to you for choosing to shop at Allthreads.
Loyalty points accrued previously have been transferred to this new program.
Our new program identifies you by email address, so please be sure to use the same email address each time you make a purchase.
If you sign into the website, if you are a new customer you will need to create an account. If you are an existing customer you can sign in with your email address. Every time you sign in and shop, you will accrue points. You can check your points balance by clicking on the Reward button.
Instructions for Redeeming Points
If you are ordering online -
1. On our website click the Reward button and sign in with the email you usually use to order with (loyalty relies on email recognition so this is important).
2. You should be able to see your past orders. Go back to home page.
Add items to your basket. Click the rewards button again. Click Ways to redeem. You can view your points, see how many dollars you have to spend and choose how many points you want to use, OR you can just click Redeem.
3. After clicking Redeem you will see a Discount Code along with an "Apply Now" button. If you click the Apply Now button the discount will be automatically deducted from your total at checkout. Alternatively you can copy the code and paste it into the Discount code area at the checkout.
4. Complete your order.
If you are purchasing instore, you have the option of using any points you have at the checkout.
Please note that points can only be redeemed in whole numbers so for example, if you have 250 points, equating to $2.50, you can only redeem $2.00. The balance continues to accrue.
