The Best Laying Tool (BLT) was first created by Shay Pendray, the well known canvas work designer and teacher. The BLT has a very fine point and a four sided handle, which keeps it from rolling in your hand. It is beautiful and functional and keeps your ribbons and threads from twisting. The BLT is similar to the Japanese Tekobari but with a polished finish. It comes with a clear plastic case.
