Needlework System 4 is a brand of needlework stand that is made primarily of extruded aluminum (lightweight, strong and will not rust). The floor stand is very portable weighing only 1.15kg (2.5lb). Its folds so that it can easily be carried on holidays or to classes and workshops and can be easily disassembled for storage. When erected it takes up minimal space. This system is sold in components - it takes 2 components to make a complete stand - the floor stand and the frame clamp (sold separately). The clamp will hold stretcher bars, Q snap frames, scroll frames and hoops in place while you stitch. Other specialty clamps are available. The floor stand is totally adjustable in angle and height (up to a maximum height of 36"). It will fit under most furniture (requires only about 3cm or 1 3/8" clearance).
