Earth and Air - cross stitch pattern by Ship's Manor - A twist on a traditional sampler with the top half's motifs in shades of blue to represent air and the lower half with more greens and browns to represent earth.The design by Erik D Shipley has large scale black and white charts printed 10 stitches to two centimetres on four A4 sheets. The pattern is worked in whole cross stitch and a little backstitch using 10 shades of Dinky Dyes floss or DMC substitutes. The stitch count is 175 by 175 and the model was stitched on on 28 count using Dinky Dyes.Nominal size: approx. 32 cm (W) X 32 cm (H) (13 X 13 in)
