The Red Dress was contributed to by 380 artisans from 51 countries from 2009-2023. Alongside the 141 commissioned artists The Red Dress showcases a number of small embroideries added by 239 willing participants and audience members at drop-in events and exhibitions around the world.

This booklet was produced by Kirstie in 2022 as a catalogue of the journey of the Red Dress. It features many of the embroidery designs on the Red Dress as well as the stories they tell.

This catalogue is available for preorder now but will not be sent until after the opening of the Red Dress exhibition at the Museum of Brisbane on 25th July 2026.
